Hi Sam, I'm genuinely confused as to why you would write such a review since our last conversation I have via text was a pleasant one. You're situation was a tough one with limited funds for down payment and a tight timeline and when you decided to start looking in PA I wished you the best and to let me know if you needed a recommendation.
